Alley accessibility

There will be times when garages are accessible and times when they are not. If there are items needed by a resident during the project, they should relocate them or discuss access to the item with the project manager. Lack of access should be expected, and residents will need to make arrangements accordingly.

Garbage collection

Garbage collection in the alley will not be possible. Garbage must be set out on the front of the property for collection.Garbage collection in the alley will not be possible during the project. Once the alley is closed, garbage must be set out on the front of the property behind the curb for collection. If there are specific questions or unique challenges, contact the project manager.

Brush collection

Brush collection in the alley will also not be possible during construction. Any brush or branches will have to be put out on the parkway in front of the property or taken to the Compost Site which is open Tuesdays from 2 - 8pm or Saturdays from 8am – 4pm.
