On June 2, 2020, The City of Burlington engaged the Lakota Group (Chicago, Illinois) to update the City’s Comprehensive Plan. Burlington Vision Plan 2040 is a tool kit designed to serve as land use regulations and provide policies for local land use, planning and development decisions.
