Once again it’s time for the Burlington Airport’s Open House-Pancake Breakfast/Brat and Burger Lunch- Fly In-Drive in! Sunday August 26th, come on out to the Airport, 703 Airport Road, (just west of town on Hwy 11) and enjoy classic airplanes, classic cars, a terrific pancake breakfast, lunch on the grill, and of course vintage Biplane Rides.
Burlington's own BHS B’Jazzled kids and parents are cooking up a fine breakfast from 8 am to 11am. The boys from the Burlington Fire Department will fire up the grills for burgers, hot dogs, and bratwurst from 11 am to 1 pm.
Southern Wisconsin’s own Gypsy Air Tours is back by popular demand to sell airplane rides over town, lakes, or even your house! This immaculate 1930’s airplane seats two passengers at a time with our highly experienced pilot safely seated behind you. Take it slow and easy or go for thrills: you make the call! They’ll be flying from 8 am till sunset (the BEST time of day to fly!)
Always plenty of free parking, there’s never an admission fee to this family-friendly outing.
Help support the airport that supports our community!
