Park Pavilion Reservations Open

Park Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis, and must be made in person at the Department of Public Works located at 2200 S. Pine Street, Burlington, WI 53105. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm (closed from 12:00-12:30).

Whether you are planning a birthday party, wedding, family get together, class reunion, or something else, what better way than to rent one of the pavilions in one of the City of Burlington’s beautiful parks. And with how little it costs to rent a park, you can avoid the mess at your own home, or just have a bigger area to invite more people.

Park Reservation fees are only $50.00 for City Residents and $100.00 for Non-Residents. A $100.00 Security Deposit is required by all and will be returned after your event is over so long as you have cleaned up after your event and have met the conditions on the Reservation Form.

Parks which may be rented are:

Bushnell Park (Hwy. 142)
Echo Park (595 Milwaukee Avenue)
McCanna Park (100 McCanna Parkway)
Riverfront Park (400 Bridge Street)
Riverside Park (517 Congress Street)
Wehmhoff-Jucker Park (416 E. Washington Street)
Wehmhoff Square (355 N. Pine Street)

We encourage you to check each park to determine which one best suits your needs.

When you reserve a Park you get the park pavilion, with electrical outlets, picnic tables, and garbage cans provided to you.  There are generally 12 tables available at each pavilion. Extra tables may be rented for an additional $15.00 each (payable at the time of reservation). Echo Park also has available a kitchen area (for an additional $25.00 fee). There are no appliances for use, but there are counters and additional electrical outlets that you can use.

And for additional fun, bouncy houses can also be used.  This must be approved by the Director of Public Works.  A Certificate of Insurance must be provided listing the City of Burlington as an additional insured, and diggers hotline must be contacted two weeks prior to your event.

If you have any questions, please contact the Department of Public Works at 262-539-3770.
